[Src_execcmte] Accommodations- Washington

Hey Everyone,

I hope that the summer is treating everyone nicely.  It is quite busy over in Ohio, but that is a good thing.

I was hoping to get some feedback of when everyone is getting to Washington and looking to leave.  Also since we only have two girls, I wanted to see what everyone was hoping for the sleeping arrangements.    The way I see it we have three options.  There are eight of us in total, 6 guys and 2 girls.  So we can do option 1- three rooms, one with four guys, one with two guys, one with two girls.  Option 2- Two rooms, one with four guys, one with two guys and two girls.  Option 3- three guys in two separate rooms, and two girls in the third room.  Or if we wanted to do some crazy mix.

Just looking for some thoughts, so I can get my plane tickets and get this hotel stuff setup.  Hope all is well.
